Davido has reacted to the news that his uncle; Senator Ademola Adeleke’s participation in the last Osun State Gubernatorial election has been nullified by an high court in Abuja.
The high court in Abuja made the decision yesterday. They based their judgement on the issue that Senator Ademola Adeleke was not qualified academically to have run for the post in the last Osun election. The APC leaders and chieftain charged the senator to court in order to have him restricted.
You would recall it was just some days ago that a tribunal nullified APC’s governorship candidate; Gboyega Oyetola’s victory as the governor of the state in the last election and gave the victory to senator Adeleke.
However after the latest ruling of the high court to nullify Adeleke, superstar musician and niece of the senator; Davido, has reacted to the ruling on his social media pages. On seeing the news yesterday, Davido quickly wrote on his Twitter page, “story for the gods.”
If it would be a lengthy legal battle between the Adeleke and Oyetola is what we don’t know yet, but definitely both parties will be seeking a final verdict on the matter from the supreme court.
