6. Olamide
For the first time in 4 years, Olamide falls off the Top 3 on #TheList2017. His highest point so far has been 2015, where he occupied the #1 spot in Nigeria, sandwiched between two 3rd place finishes in 2014 and 2016.
2017 has been somewhat different for Olamide in the sense that he didn’t get his first true hit of the year till August, and what a smash it was, and still is!
“Wo” is a 3rd quarter 2017 hit, which has rocked the whole country to this point, with Small Doctor’s “Penalty” serving as its only competition for Street Smash of the Year.
With the 4th instalment of Baddo’s annual concert, #OLIC4 billed for this Sunday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos, and his latest album “Lagos NaWa” already moving numbers, Olamide is set to continue exerting his dominance on the streets.
